Lacombe Office

Our firm has a long history of providing professional and personable legal services to the Central Alberta community. We are the successors of the first law firm in Lacombe, which opened in 1907. Since that time, a number of lawyers have contributed to the firm, including James S. McCormick, Q.C., Andy Advani, Q.C., Alex Rose Q.C., and many others. 

Ken Cruickshank joined the firm in 1976 and has been providing our clients with exceptional legal support for the past 45 years. In 2022, Daniel Wilson and Cheyla Lachowsky joined Ken to expand our legal services across Central Alberta.

Our Lacombe office has extensive experience providing various legal services. The majority of our work is related to real estate transactions, corporate work, wills, and estates.

Stettler Office

Our Stettler office has deep roots in the community. Many of our excellent paralegals have been assisting the community since Judge James Hunter first opened our office in 2001. Later, Schnell Hardy Jones LLP provided legal support in the community when Judge Hunter was appointed to the bench. 

Many lawyers have worked in our Stettler office, including Daniel Wilson, who began practising in 2012. In September 2020, Cheyla Lachowsky began articling in Stettler with Daniel as her principal. In January 2022, Daniel and Cheyla took over the practice in Stettler and were joined by Ken Cruickshank to provide legal services across Central Alberta.

Our Stettler team can provide a wide variety of legal services. The majority of our work is related to real estate transactions, corporate work, wills, and estates.

Our Stettler office is located just off Main Street.
